DECCA Medium combines roasted tomato, tamarind and amla with aromatic curry leaf, garlic, ginger, black pepper and South Indian chillies to create a deep, tangy sauce with a satisfying medium heat.

The first taste is rich and savoury. Then comes tamarind fruitiness, followed by chilli warmth and the distinctive curry-leaf and pepper finish.

Use it as a dip, spread, glaze or cooking sauce.
